Oh, by the way…
I’m getting married in less than a week. This might come as a bit of a surprise to some people, but I hope it suffices to explain my long silence. If you want to know more about it, just ask. For the record, she’s smart, she’s beautiful, she’s nice, she’s a good cook, and she has red hair.
As for my update schedule, expect to start seeing more of me by August.

David — the ceremony was absolutely beautiful! I am sorry we couldn’t talk more, but I know that you had a zillion people to see, a million photos to be in, and a beautiful bride awaiting you. :-) Sometime after the whirlwind has begun to settle, Jeff and I would love to see you and meet the lovely Mrs. David. Safe travels, happy moving adventures, and blessings galore!
